Tiny babies need to be held tight to feel safe and secure, so we mimic the womb with a tight swaddle. It’s hard to get a blanket tight enough in an old-fashioned swaddle so this option is a gamechanger. Easy enough to do it in the dark and will stay put. I’ve been using this for a few months now. It helps me relax at the end of the night before bed, or if I need to pause and reset in the middle of the day. It uses air pressure to massage all around your eyes and temples. There’s a setting to add heat (although I don’t use it), and I really like the built in bluetooth speakers.
